A method for sealing a tire retreading envelope before vulcanization of a new tread and the bonding rubber materials utilizes a pair of rigid circular rings and a series of clasps on the ring for clasping the ring tightly onto the exterior of the tire casing bead with the envelope in between the bead and the rings. The tire with the new tread and bonding materials is enclosed inside a completely sealed envelope afterward in the vulcanization process of the tire retreading. With each ring clasping tightly onto each side of the bead, envelope is completely touched and pressed against the surface of the new tread and the sidewall of the new tread, bonding materials and the tire casing. As one of the bonding materials, sidewall rubber is made of a blend of anti-fatigue components and performances as camelback shoulder support as well as for the precured tread edge finishing. While the envelope is pressed tightly onto the sidewall of the tire casing as well as the sidewall rubber throughout the vulcanization process, the pattern inside the envelope where locates in the same position as the portion touched the sidewall rubber is branding and carving with the pattern when the envelope is evacuated and the tire goes through the vulcanization process.
