A device for patterning a moving substrate (40) has a dye manifold (20) extending across the width of the substrate (40) with an array of dye jets producing parallel dye streams which can be deflected away from the substrate (40) by streams of a control fluid delivered by an array of control tubes (60). The manifold (20) is suspended from a series of flexible hangers (72) each of which is associated with a pair of bolts (76) for adjusting the alignment of the manifold (20). The control tubes (60) are attached to a mounting plate (50) which can be moved by means of an adjustment screw (92) and a pivoted positioning lever (80) in order to align the control tubes (60) with the dye jets.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de formation de motifs sur un substrat mobile (40). Ce dispositif possède un collecteur (20) de couleurs qui s'étend dans la largeur du substrat (40) et est pourvu d'un ensemble de jets générant des écoulements de couleurs parallèles pouvant être déviés du substrat (40) par les jets d'un fluide de commande fourni par un ensemble de tubes (60) de commande. Le collecteur (20) est suspendu à une série d'éléments de support flexibles (72) qui sont chacun associés à une paire de boulon (76) permettant d'ajuster l'alignement du collecteur (20). Les tubes de commande (60) sont fixés à une plaque de fixation (50) qui peut être retirée au moyen d'une vis de réglage (92) et un levier de positionnement (80) afin d'aligner les tubes de commande (60) sur les jets de couleurs.
