The invention relates to a pattern for a skeletal system comprising a mineralised matrix and osteoblasts. Said pattern is characterised in that the osteoblasts are placed on the matrix in such a way that a confluence carpet and/or nodules are formed and said osteoblasts are placed on said carpet and/or nodules. Said invention also relates to patterns for pathological skeleton systems and to the use of the patterns for screening and aggressiveness and toxicity tests.
La présente invention se rapporte à un modèle de système osseux comportant une matrice minéralisée et des ostéoblastes, caractérisé en ce que les ostéoblastes sont déposés sur la matrice de manière à former un tapis à confluence et/ou des nodules, et les ostéoblastes sont déposés sur ledit tapis et/ou lesdits nodules, ainsi qu'à des modèles de système osseux atteints de diverses pathologies. L'invention couvre également les utilisations pour la réalisation de criblages, de tests d'agressivité et de toxicité.
