ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Pavement marking with which drivers of vehicles etc. can drive safely on roads, which may be used for designating vehicular lanes or for establishing various aisle designators in a parking lot or an airport. The pavement marking is established by solidifying a pavement marking material fed into a predetermined groove formed on the surface of an existing roadway or the like. The pavement marking is also established by marking, in an existing roadway surface, a predetermined groove and embedding in the groove a pavement marking material of a preformed panel, bar or block members.
