The invention relates to a paving stone (1) used, in particular for rod construction and provided with side flanks (23) preferably perpendicular with respect to a posing position. At least one composite element (4) has a width substentially corresponding to a space between two adjacent composite elements (3, 4) of the adjacent paving stone (1).
