The invention concerns a payment system for payment of goods and services by using a prepaid card. The card comprises a concealed code and an activation code, and the card must be activated before use on a point of sale for the card by reading the activation code in a card reader on the point of sale. The activation code is transmitted to an offeror of the prepaid card together with an ID for the point of sale, and when paying for a commodity/service from a service provider, the concealed code must be transmitted together with the ID of the service provider to the card provider for thereby causing purchase of the service. The card and the payment solution is especially adapted to use for payment of goods and services which can be bought over Internet.
La présente invention a trait à un système de paiement pour le paiement de biens et services au moyen d'une carte prépayée. La carte comporte un code dissimulé et un code d'activation, et la carte doit être activée avant d'être utilisée à un point de vente pour la carte par la lecture du code d'activation dans un lecteur de cartes au point de vente. Le code d'activation est transmis à un offrant de la carte prépayée conjointement avec une identification pour le point de vente, et lors du paiement d'un bien/service en provenance d'un fournisseur de services, le code dissimulé doit être transmis conjointement avec l'identification du fournisseur de services au fournisseur de cartes pour permettre d'effectuer l'achat du service. La carte et la solution de paiement est particulière adaptée à être utilisée pour le paiement de biens et services qui peuvent être achetés l'Internet.
