ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A payment responsive system for displaying information comprises at least one remote terminal for displaying an in- formation for a preset time upon a payment and a central processor adapted to control the input of the information and its transmission to the remote terminal. The remote terminal is provided with a sufficient storage for the selectable information and the transmission of the information is initiated at programmed times by the central processor independently of any occurence of a display query at the remote terminal.
