ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Multiconductor flat cable is terminated to a printed circuit board (PCB) through an insulation- piercing connector seated in a clip member having an upwardly bowed extent engaging the PCB undersurface. A camming actuator is lever-operable both to force the connector upon the PCB and to apply anti-warpage force to the PCB undersurface.
