It is intended to provide a PCR method by electrostatic transportation wherein DNA-containing droplets can be accurately transported, the temperature of the droplets can be appropriately controlled and individual droplets can be separately controlled by treating with a primer; a hybridization method for electrostatic transportation ensuring quick and easy judgment; and devices therefor. Biological samples (droplets containing DNA and a primer) (9) are prepared in a chemically inactive liquid layer (8). Then the samples (9) are electrostatically transported with an electrode plate (1) for electrostatic transportation provided with an electrode (2) for electrostatic transportation. Temperature is controlled by heating the biological samples (9) at a definite position of the electrode plate (1) for electrostatic transportation, thereby carrying out PCR.
L'invention vise un procédé de PCR fonctionnant par transport électrostatique et dans lequel des gouttelettes contenant l'ADN peuvent être transportées avec précision, la température des gouttelettes peut être régulée de façon appropriée, et les gouttelettes individuelles peuvent être contrôlées séparément par le traitement avec une amorce, ainsi qu'un procédé d'hybridation par transport électrostatique permettant une évaluation rapide et aisée et des dispositifs correspondants. Des échantillons biologiques (des gouttelettes contenant un ADN et une amorce) (9) sont préparés dans une couche d'un liquide chimiquement inactif (8).
