A BALB/c mouse lacking programmed cell death-1 receptor (PD-1); a method of screening a remedy for an autoimmune disease by using this mouse; an IgG autoreactive antibody specifically produced by the mouse; a protein produced in the heart which specifically reacts with this antibody; and a method of diagnosing dilated cardiomyopathy with the use of this protein. Because of spontaneously suffering from autoimmune diseases, in particular, dilated cardiomyopathy, the PD-1-lacking BALB/c mouse is useful in screening remedies for these diseases.

L'invention concerne une souris BALB/c sans récepteur de la mort cellulaire programmée (PD-1), un procédé de criblage d'un remède pour une maladie auto-immune à l'aide de cette souris, un anticorps autoréactif IgG produit spécifiquement par cette souris, une protéine produite dans le coeur réagissant spécifiquement à cet anticorps, ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de diagnostiquer la myocardie dilatée à l'aide de cette protéine. Etant donné qu'elle souffre spontanément de maladies auto-immunes, plus spécifiquement, de myocardie dilatée, cette souris BALB/C sans PD-1 est utile dans le criblage de remèdes contre ces maladies.
