The invention concerns the use of parent peptide analogues, characterised in that they correspond to said parent peptide in which: at least a peptide bond -CO-NH- of the peptide chain, is modified, except for retro or retro-inverso type modifications; or at least an amino acid of the peptide chain, is substituted by a non-proteinogenic amino acid; or at least a peptide bond -CO-NH- of the peptide chain is substituted by a non proteinogenic amino acid. Said peptide analogues are used for: preparing medicines for preventing or treating the pathologies mentioned in the description; or preparing a composition for diagnosing said pathologies, or for assessing in vivo the immune response concerning said pathologies, using a hypersensitivity cutaneous reaction by intradermal injection of said composition; or implementing an in vitro diagnostic method of said pathologies.
L'invention a pour objet l'utilisation d'analogues peptidiques de peptides parents, caractérisés en ce qu'ils correspondent auxdits peptides parents dans lesquels: au moins une liaison peptidique -CO-NH- de la chaîne peptidique, est modifiée, à l'exception des modifications du type rétro, ou rétro-inverso, ou au moins un acide aminé de la chaîne peptidique, est substitué par un acide aminé non protéinogénique, ou au moins une liaison peptidique -CO-NH- de la chaîne peptidique, est modifiée, et au moins un acide aminé de ladite chaîne peptidique est substitué par un acide non protéinogénique, pour: la préparation d'un médicament destiné à la prévention ou au traitement des pathologies susmentionnées, ou la préparation d'une composition destinée au diagnostic in vivo des pathologies susmentionnées, ou à l'évaluation in vivo de la réponse immunitaire dans le cadre des pathologies susmentionnées, par mise en oeuvre d'une réaction cutanée d'hypersensibilité par injection intradermique de ladite composition, ou la mise en oeuvre d'une méthode de diagnostic in vitro desdites pathologies.
