The invention relates to chimeric peptides having a primary structure containing at least one segment which inhibits the activation of the NS3 protease of a virus of the Flaviviridae family and a cell penetrating segment which can inhibit or attenuate infection by the virus. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compounds containing said chimeric peptides and intended for the prevention and/or treatment of infections caused by a virus of the Flaviviridae family.

La présente invention concerne des peptides chimériques dont la structure primaire possède au moins un segment inhibiteur de l'activation de la protéase NS3 d'un virus de la famille Flaviviridae, et un segment de pénétration des cellules, pouvant inhiber ou atténuer l'infection par le virus, ainsi que des composés pharmaceutiques contenant les peptides chimériques utilisés dans la prévention et/ou le traitement des infections causées par des virus de la famille des Flaviviridae.
