The invention relates to the use of peptide or pseudopeptide decoys which bind to antibodies that can develop against endogenous proteins in the case of autoimmune pathologies or against exogenous proteins which are administered to patients, particularly in relation to pathologies due to a deficiency of said proteins. The amino acid sequence of said peptide or pseudopeptide decoys is different from the sequence of epitopes recognised by said antibodies. More specifically, the invention relates to the use of said decoys for the preparation of medicaments that are intended for the prevention or treatment of said autoimmune pathologies or for the prevention or treatment of problems linked to the appearance of antibodies that are directed against said exogenous proteins.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation de leurres peptidiques ou pseudopeptidiques se liant à des anticorps susceptibles de se développer contre des protéines endogènes dans le cadre de pathologies auto-immunes ou contre des protéines exogènes administrées aux patients, notamment dans le cadre de pathologies dues à une déficience en ces protéines, la séquence en acides aminés desdits leurres peptidiques ou puseudopeptidiques différant de celle des épitopes reconnus par lesdits anticorps, pour la préparation de médicaments destinés à la prévention ou au traitement desdites pathologies auto-immunes, ou à la prévention ou au traitement des troubles liés à l'apparition d'anticorps dirigés contre lesdites protéines exogènes.
