Abstract of the Disclosure Novel peptide derivatives, inclusive of salts thereof, of the formula: Image wherein A represents a C3-C8 cycloalkyl or indanyl group, R1 and R3 are independently hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl or phenyl-C1-4 alkyl, and R2, R4 and R5 are independently hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl, have inhibitory activities of angiotensin converting enzyme and bradykinin decomposing enzyme, and are useful as antihypertensive agents.
