Provided are compositions comprising a double stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) molecule and a peptide of about 5 to about 40 amino acids, wherein the dsRNA molecule is conjugated to the peptide. The strands of the dsRNA may have lengths from about 25 to about 30 base pairs, which may be the same or different. siRNA may, alternatively, comprise at least three strands (i.e., either at least two sense strands and one antisense strand or at least two antisense strands and one sense strand) wherein the at least two sense strands or the at least two antisense strands are separated by a nick or a gap of at least one nucleotide.
Cette invention concerne des compositions comprenant une molécule d'acide ribonucléique double brin (ARNds) et un peptide comprenant environ 5 à 40 acides aminés, laquelle molécule d'ARNds est conjuguée au peptide. Les brins de l'ARNds peuvent présenter des longueurs comprises entre environ 25 et environ 30 paires de base, qui peuvent être identiques ou différentes. L'ARNsi peut, dans une variante, comprendre au moins trois brins (autrement dit soit au moins deux brins sens et un brin antisens ou au moins deux brins antisens et un brin sens), les deux brins sens ou les deux brins antisens étant séparés par une coupure simple brin ou par un espace d'au moins un nucléotide.
