The present invention relates to novel peptide ligands for prostate specific antigen (PSA) binding specifically with it and enhancing its enzyme activity, to a process for preparation of these peptides, to diagnostic and pharmaceutical compositions comprising these peptides, to the use of these peptides for pharmaceutical and research preparations, to methods using these peptides in diagnostic assays for determination of the concentrations of various molecular forms of PSA, to methods for modulating the PSA enzyme activity and PSA activity dependent conditions by using these peptides either in vivo or in vitro and to the use of these peptides in procedures for biochemical isolation and purification of PSA.

L'invention concerne des ligands peptidiques pour antigène prostatique spécifique (PSA), se liant spécifiquement avec cet antigène et améliorant son activité enzymatique. L'invention concerne également un procédé relatif à l'élaboration de ces peptides, des compositions diagnostiques et pharmaceutiques renfermant lesdits peptides, l'utilisation des peptides en question pour différentes préparations pharmaceutiques et destinées à la recherche, des procédés relatifs à l'utilisation des mêmes peptides dans les doses diagnostiques pour la détermination de la concentration de diverses formes moléculaires du PSA, des procédés relatifs à la modulation de l'activité enzymatique du PSA et à la modulation des conditions dépendant de cette activité, par l'utilisation des peptides considérés in vivo ou in vitro, et l'utilisation de ces peptides dans des procédures relatives à l'isolation biochimique et à la purification du PSA.
