ABREGE DESCRIPTIF La présente invention concerne des peptides contenant au moins un déterminant antigénique des protéines E6, E7, L1 ou L2 des papillomavirus humains, déterminant spécifique du papillomavirus humain de type 16 : HPV16. Ces peptides selon l'invention sont utiles principalement dans des sérodiagnostics pour détecter et doser des anticorps spécifiques du papillomavirus du HPV16 dans des échantillons biologiques. Ces peptides couplés à une molécule support présentant des propriétés immunogéniques sont également utilisés pour produire des anticorps dirigés contre ces épitopes afin notamment de détecter par des techniques immunohistochimiques à l'aide de ces anticorps les cellules infectées par le virus HPV16.
