An eRF3 which can prionize a heterogenous eRF3; and an eRF3 which can be prionized by a heterogenous eRF3. Use of the same in screening an inhibitor for th einfection with an abnormal PrP, detecting an abnormal PrP, constructing an abnormal PrP and screening a substance whereby an abnormal PrP may be restored into a normal PrP.
L'invention concerne un eRF3 apte à la prionisation d'un eRF3 hétérogène, ainsi qu'un eRF3 pouvant subir une prionisation par un eRF3 hétérogène. La présente invention porte également sur l'utilisation d'un eRF3 pour le criblage d'un inhibiteur relativement à une infection par un PrP anormal, sur la détection d'un PrP anormal, sur la réalisation d'un PrP anormal, et sur le criblage d'une substance, un PrP anormal pouvant alors redevenir un PrP normal.
