The invention relates to novel peptides, which are biologically active as ligands of the blood platelet integrin GPIIbIIIa and of .alpha.v-integrins, preferably .alpha.v.beta.6 and .alpha.v.beta.3-integrin, of formula (I):R1-Arg- X-Asp-Leu-Asp-Ser-Leu-Arg-R2, wherein: R1 represents H, acetyl or acyl; R2 represents -OH, OR3, NH2, NHR3, N(R3)2;R3 represents alkyl, aralkyl, aryl, het, and; X represents an amino acid of formula (II), wherein: A represents (CH2)n; R4 represents H, alkyl, aralkyl or aryl, and; n represents 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. The amino acid of formula (II) is bound via a peptide bond of the .alpha.-amino group to the adjacent Arg and is bound via a peptide bond of the .alpha.-carboxyl group to the .alpha.-amino group of the adjacent Asp.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux peptides biologiquement actifs en tant que ligands de l'intégrine des plaquettes sanguines GPIIbIIIa et des intégrines .alpha.¿v?, de préférence .alpha.¿v?.beta.¿6? et .alpha.¿v?.beta.¿3?, ces peptides étant représentés par la formule (I) : R?1¿-Arg-X-Asp-Leu-Asp-Ser-Leu-Arg-R?2¿, dans laquelle R?1¿ représente H, acétyle ou acyle, R?2¿ représente -Oh, OR?3¿ NH¿2?, NHR?3¿, N(R?3¿)¿2?, R?3¿ représente alkyle, aralkyle, aryle, hét et X représente un acide aminé de formule (II), dans laquelle A représente (CH¿2?)¿n?, R?4¿ représente H, alkyle, aralkyle ou aryle et n représente 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ou 6.
