A perch and entry device which allows cats or other domestic animals to enter into and exit from inside a dwelling through an elevated window also serving as a perch is herein disclosed. The device is comprised of a square platform secured along one (1) side to an exterior windowsill area and along an opposing side to a post that extends downward to the ground surface outside and below a window. The post is covered with carpeting to allow the cat to ascend and descend in a safe and secure manner.
