The invention relates to a percussion device having a frame (2), a tool (5) mounted movable in its longitudinal direction, the percussion device containing a work chamber (3) having a movably mounted transmission piston (4) to compress the tool (5) so that a longitudinal stress pulse is generated to the tool (5), inlet and outlet channels (7, 9) for conducting the pressure fluid to the percussion device and away from it and a control valve (8) that alternately directs the pressure fluid from the inlet channel (7) to the work chamber (3) to act on the transmission piston (4) and, correspondingly, discharges the pressure fluid from the percussion device. The percussion device and transmission piston (4) have channels (8c, 17, 18) that connect the pressure fluid that acted on the transmission piston (4) to flow during the return movement of the transmission piston (4) through the control valve (8) and transmission piston (4) to the pressure fluid outlet channel (9) and cut off the flow when the transmission piston (4) has returned to its initial position.
L'invention concerne un dispositif à percussion qui comprend un châssis (2) et un outil (5) monté mobile dans le sens longitudinal par rapport au châssis (2) du dispositif à percussion. Le dispositif à percussion comprend une chambre de travail (3) possédant un piston de transmission (4) monté mobile et conçu pour comprimer l'outil (5) afin que soit générée une impulsion de contrainte longitudinale sur l'outil (5); des canaux d'entrée et de sortie (7, 9) pour amener le fluide sous pression au dispositif à percussion et l'éloigner de celui-ci et une vanne de commande (8) qui amène le fluide sous pression du canal d'entrée (7) à la chambre de travail (3) pour agir sur le piston de transmission (4) et, de manière correspondante, évacue le fluide sous pression du dispositif à percussion. Le dispositif à percussion et le piston de transmission (4) comportent des canaux (8c, 17, 18) qui permettent d'assurer le passage du fluide sous pression qui a agi sur le piston de transmission (4) vers l'écoulement pendant le mouvement de retour du piston de transmission (4) par l'intermédiaire de la vanne de commande (8) et le piston de transmission (4) vers le canal de sortie (9) de fluide sous pression et interrompt l'écoulement lorsque le piston de transmission (4) est revenu en position initiale.
