Percutaneous absorption preparations comprising oxybutynin or its salt as the active component, and, as the base component, an N-vinylacetamide copolymer containing as the major component a polymerizable monomer having N- vinylacetamide and a COOM group (wherein M represents hydrogen, an alkali metal or ammonium). The preparations are non-aqeous preparations containing, as another base component, a stabilizer comprising a crosslinking agent, polyhydric alcohols and a pH regulating agent, optionally together with a percutaneous absorption promoter and/or solvent. These preparations may be water-containing preparations which further contain an aqueous polymer compound and water. These preparations are excellent in the percutaneous absorbability of the active component and drug stability, show little skin irritation and exhibit an excellent drug effect.

L'invention concerne des préparations, destinées à être absorbées par voie percutanée, renfermant, comme principe actif, de l'oxybutynine ou ses sels, et comme ingrédient de base, un copolymère de N-vinylacétamide contenant, comme composant principal, un monomère polymérisable obtenu à partir de N-vinylacétamide et d'un groupe COOM (M représentant un hydrogène, un métal alcalin ou un ammonium). Ces préparations sont des préparations non aqueuses renfermant, comme autre ingrédient de base, un agent stabilisant comprenant un agent de réticulation, des polyols et un régulateur de pH, et éventuellement un agent et/ou un solvant favorisant l'absorption percutanée. Ces préparations peuvent être des compositions à base d'eau renfermant, outre l'eau, un composé polymère aqueux. Les préparations selon l'invention présentent d'excellentes propriétés de pénétration percutanée de leur ingrédient actif et une excellente stabilité en tant que médicament ; elles irritent peu la peau et possèdent un effet médicamenteux excellent.
