The invention concerns a case rotating mechanism (1) for cosmetic products, consisting of a pivoting body (2) mounted rotating on a main part (3) formed by a slider (5), a base(4) and hinge elements (6) linking the base with the slider, between a lower articulation point (9b) with the base and an upper articulation point (9a) with the slider (5), said slider being designed to be mobile between a deployed or high position (B) or a folded or low position (A). The invention is characterised in that when the slider is in low position, the hinge elements are arranged at least partially beneath the horizontal plane (H) containing the lower articulation point.

Mécanisme d'étui tournant (1) notamment pour produits cosmétiques, constitué par un corps pivotant (2) monté en rotation sur une pièce principale (3), formée d'un curseur (5), d'une embase (4) et d'éléments de charnières (6) reliant l'embase au curseur, entre un point d'articulation inférieur (9b) avec l'embase et un point d'articulation supérieur (9a) avec le curseur (5), ledit curseur étant destiné à être mobile entre une position dépliée ou haute (B) et une position repliée ou basse (A), caractérisé en ce que, lorsque le curseur est en position basse, les éléments de charnières sont disposés au moins en partie en dessous du plan horizontal (H) qui contient le point d'articulation inférieur.
