A peristaltic pumping apparatus includes a peristaltic pump rotor (298) and pump race (296). A pump tube holder (250) includes a body for supporting a flexible tubing loop (134, 136) in an erect, outwardly bowed position for placement within the pump race and for removal from the pump race. A surface juxtaposed the peristaltic pump rotor and race carries a gripping jaw assembly (270). The gripping jaw assembly opens to receive the pump tube holder body as the body is moved toward the pump rotor to place the tubing loop within the pump race. The gripping jaw assembly closes to secure the pump tube holder body on the surface in an orientation in which the tubing loop lies within the pump race for engagement with the peristaltic pump rotor.
Un appareil de pompe péristaltique comporte un rotor (298) de pompe péristaltique et un chenal (296) de pompe. Un support (250) à tube de pompe comporte un corps pour supporter une boucle (134, 136) d'un tube flexible droit, puis courbé extérieurement, permettant de placer le tube dans le chenal de la pompe et de l'en sortir. Une surface jouxtant le rotor de la pompe péristaltique et le chenal porte un agencement de mâchoires (270) pour la préhension du corps du support à tube. L'agencement de mâchoires de préhension s'ouvre pour recevoir le corps du support à tube de la pompe, à mesure que le corps est déplacé vers le rotor de la pompe, afin de positionner la boucle du tube dans le chenal. L'agencement de mâchoires de préhension se ferme pour tenir le corps de support à tube de la pompe sur la surface dans une orientation dans laquelle la boucle du tube se trouve dans le chenal de la pompe, pour s'engager avec le rotor de la pompe péristaltique.
