It is intended to provide a method whereby the peritoneal membrane function of a dialysis patient can be tested by a relatively easy procedure and yet a high accuracy can be achieved compared with the existing methods, and an apparatus for the peritoneal membrane function test by using the same. Standards of four kinetic parameters (CCr, Kt/V, MTACu and MTACc) available in a definite dialysis guideline are computed in accordance with the relational expression (formula (7)). The curve showing the relation between MTACu/c thus obtained and the drainage amount is indicated in a graph together with the PET data of the patient which has been prepared separately. Thus, the peritoneal membrane function can be evaluated based on the relative position of the patient~s data and the curve showing the standard values in the graph.

Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de tester la fonction de la membrane péritonéale d'un patient sous dialyse de manière relativement aisée tout en offrant une exactitude élevée par rapport aux procédés existants. L~invention concerne également un appareil de test de ladite fonction utilisant le procédé décrit. Des valeurs étalons de quatre paramètres cinétiques (CCr, Kt/V, MTACu et MTACc) provenant de lignes directrices établies relatives à la dialyse sont utilisées dans la formule de calcul (7). La courbe décrivant la relation entre MTACu/c et la quantité drainée ainsi obtenue est tracée sur un graphique, sur lequel sont également portées les données TEP du patient, obtenues séparément. La fonction de la membrane peut ainsi être évaluée à partir de la position relative des données du patient par rapport à la courbe des valeurs étalons sur le graphique.
