This invention relates to a new permanent-filter coffee maker that comprises a reservoir, the bottom of which is perforated with small holes, which is attached to a brewing chamber that is fitted with a support, the whole of which rests upon a coffee cup or container. When boiling water from the reservoir flows into the brewing chamber, the resulting brewing gasses evaporate through a chimney placed in the reservoir. The rate of flow of the boiling water is controlled by the small holes at the bottom of the reservoir. The brewed water flows through a permanent filter at the bottom of the brewing chamber. The support is made up of a collar with several openings through which the vapour from the coffee contained in the coffee cup may escape; the openings also make it possible to see the level of brewed water contained in the said cup.
La présente invention se rapporte à une nouvelle cafetière à filtre permanent qui comprend un réservoir, dont le fond est perforé de petits trous, attaché à une chambre d'infusion munie d'un support, le tout reposant sur un récipient ou une tasse de café. Lorsque l'eau bouillante du réservoir coule dans la chambre d'infusion, l'évaporation des gaz d'infusion créés se fait à travers une cheminée placée dans le réservoir. Le débit de l'écoulement de l'eau bouillante est contrôlé par les petits trous du fond du réservoir. L'écoulement de l'eau infusée se fait au travers d'un filtre permanent se trouvant au fond de la chambre d'infusion. Le support est formé d'un collet qui comprend plusieurs ouvertures permettant l'échappement de la vapeur du café contenu dans la tasse de café, et également, à l'utilisateur de voir le niveau de l'eau infusée se trouvant dans cette même tasse.
