THEY REQUIRE CONSTANT MAINTENANCE. 4. SOMEONE MUST BE IN CHARGE OF THEM AT ALL TIMES. 5. NOT PROPERLY CONTROLLING FLOOD WATERS. 6. WATER FLOW CAN BE TOO FAST OR TOO SLOW. 7. EROSION RESULTS WHEN STOP BLOCKS ARE REMOVED. 8. WHEN STOP BLOCKS ARE PUT IN, SPAWNING BEDS GO DRY.
