The invention relates to a permanent mould which is used to cast light metal casting materials, which is produced from an Ni- and/or Mn-alloyed cast iron material, wherein the Ni- and/or Mn-content thereof is measured in such a manner that the thermal expansion coefficient of the permanent mould is adapted to the thermal expansion coefficients of the respective light metal casting material which is to be cast. The invention also relates to a permanent mould which can be produced in an economical manner and which has optimised user characteristics and also optimised casting qualities. Said type of permanent mould is also suitable, in particular, as a component of a sand mould which is used to cast a cylinder block (1) from a light metal casting material.
La présente invention concerne une coquille de coulée pour mouler des matériaux de coulée à métaux légers, réalisée à partir d'un matériau de fonte allié à Ni et/ou Mn, dont la teneur en Ni et/ou Mn est telle que le coefficient de dilatation thermique de la coquille de refroidissement est adapté aux coefficients de dilatation thermique des matériaux de coulée à métaux légers à mouler respectifs. L'invention permet la mise à disposition d'une coquille de refroidissement dont la réalisation est économique, qui a des caractéristiques d'utilisation optimales, et permet dans le même temps d'obtenir des résultats de coulée optimaux. En conséquence, une coquille de refroidissement de ce type convient en particulier en tant que pièce composant un moule de coulée de sable pour mouler un bloc-cylindres (1) à partir d'un matériau de coulée à métaux légers.
