Flexible, self-supporting, air-permeable retroreflective sheeting (10) comprising a two-sided, self-supporting, air-permeable web (14) of thermoplastic filaments (13) with retroreflective elements (12) partially embedded in the filaments (13) on one side of the web (14). On the other side of the web (14), the surfaces of the filaments (13) are substantially free of retroreflective elements. In some embodiments, the web (14) may be used as a bonding agent to secure the sheeting (10) to a desired substrate (not shown).
