ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Organic peroxide compositions that are available as sprayable dispersions, pourable dispersions, thick pastes and free flowing powder form, all of which may be characterized as slow burning and nonexplosive. Benzoyl peroxide compositions are preferred and may contain up to about 70 weight percent peroxide while viscosity of dispersions of same may be as low as about 100 centipoises when measured with a Brookfield RVT viscometer using a number 3 spindle at 50 rpm. Dispersions are produced in low shear, impact-attrition type dispersion mills, exemplified by a Kady Mill.
