A personal hydration system with component connectivity. The hydration system includes a fluid reservoir that may be housed within a pack. Drink fluid is drawn from the reservoir through a drink tube in fluid communication with the reservoir at one end and with a mouthpiece at the other. In some embodiments, the hydration system includes a manually actuated on/off valve downstream from the reservoir and/or a bite-actuated mouthpiece. The hydration system further includes a quick-connect assembly that fluidly interconnects components of the hydration system and which is configured to quickly release, and permit reattachment of, the detached or replacement components. In some embodiments, the hydration system includes a quick-connect assembly that is adapted to selectively couple a bite-actuated mouthpiece and a gas mask adapter to the hydration system's drink tube. In some embodiments, at least a portion, if not the entire, hydration system is formed from a chemically resistant material.
L'invention concerne un système d'hydratation personnelle permettant une connexion de composants. Ce système d'hydratation comporte un réservoir de fluide pouvant être logé à l'intérieur d'un emballage. Une boisson fluide est aspirée à partir d'un réservoir, par le biais d'un tube permettant de boire, en communication fluidique avec le réservoir à une extrémité, et avec un élément buccal à l'autre extrémité. Dans certains modes de réalisation, ce système d'hybridation comprend un robinet marche/arrêt actionné manuellement, situé en aval du réservoir, et/ou un élément buccal actionné par morsure. Ce système d'hydratation comprend également un ensemble à accouplement rapide, permettant une interconnexion fluidique des composants du système d'hydratation, et étant configuré pour un retrait rapide de composants, ainsi qu'une re-fixation rapide des composants retirés ou remplacés. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le système d'hydratation comprend un ensemble d'accouplement rapide conçu pour s'accoupler de manière sélective à un élément buccal actionné par morsure, et à un adaptateur de masque à gaz menant au tube permettant de boire du système d'hydratation. Dans certains modes de réalisation, au moins une partie, si ce n'est la totalité, du système d'hydratation, est formée à partir d'une matière chimiquement résistante.
