The invention consists of personal equipment for use in situations where the atmosphere can be harmful to health and comprises a totally encapsulated suit comprising a flexible body garment (10) and a helmet (12) with a transparent visor; the suit has its own breathing mixture supplied to it from a tank. The headpiece is separated from the garment by a neck joint (16). The tank (24) is connected to a breathing circuit that leads to the helmet through a regulator (48) designed to maintain positive pressure around the face in relation to the garment portion of the suit. The equipment still comprises an oral/nasal mask (52) with an intake valve from the helmet and a direct outlet tube with calibrated check valves.
L'équipement individuel, utilisable en cas d'invention an atmosphère délétère, comprend un scaphandre ayant un vêtement souple (10) et un casque (12) muni d'une visière transparente et comprenant une alimentation autonome en gaz respiratoire à partir d'une réserve de gaz. La face est séparéedu vêtement par un joint de cou (16). La réserve (24) est reliée à un circuit respiratoire débouchant dans le casque à travers un régulateur (48) prévu pour maintenir le volume autour de la face en surpression par rapport au vêtement. L'équipement comporte encore un masque oro-nasal (52) ayant un clapet d'aspiration à partir du casque et une tuyauterie d'expiration directe vers l'ambiance à travers des moyens anti-retour tarés.
