ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to pesticides contain- ing carbamic acid ester derivatives of the formula: (I) Image in which R1 is alkyl of from one to four carbon atoms; R2 represents alkyl of from one to four carbon atoms, or when X is alkyl of from one to twelve carbon atoms, R2 represents alkyl of from one to twelve carbon atoms; R3 is H, methyl or ethyl; R4 and R5 are each hydrogen or halogen atoms; n = 0, 1 or 2 and X represents alkyl of from one to twelve carbon atoms, or a group of the general formula: Image (II) The pesticide can be used for controlling insects and mites.
