ABSTRACT PESTICIDALLY-ACTIVE CONCENTRATED OIL-IN-WATER EMULSIONS The invention is a pesticidally-active con- centrated emulsion comprising:- 3.5-6.5 or 10-35 parts by weight of lipophilic pesticide, 3.5-6.5 or 10-35 parts by weight of hydrocarbon solvent, 0.1-10 parts by weight of an alkanol, 0.5-32 parts by weight of at least one non- ionic surfactant so stabilise the emulsion, and water to bring the total of all components of the emulsion to 109 parts by weight. The emulsions have excellent freeze/thaw stability and are generally stable over a wide range of storage temperatures. A process for the preparation of the emulsions is also claimed.
