A pet food having a high content of unsaturated fatty acid and excelling in long-term storage stability. There is provided a pet food comprising: (A) 5 to 50 mass% of fat or oil containing 5 mass% or more of diacylglycerol and having a content of unsaturated fatty acids having two or more double bonds of 20 mass% or more based on the constituent fatty acids; (B) 0.001 to 1 mass% of the total of copper, iron, manganese and cobalt as minerals; and (C) 0.1 mass% or more, based on component (A), of vitamin C derivative.

L'invention concerne un aliment pour animaux possédant un contenu élevé d'acide gras insaturé et une excellente stabilité de stockage dans le long terme. Cet aliment pour animaux contient (A) entre 5 et 50 % en masse de graisse ou d'huile qui renferme au moins 5 % en masse de diacyglycérol et un contenu d'acides gras insaturés à au moins deux liaisons doubles d'au moins 20 % en masse en fonction des acides gras constituants, (B) entre 0,001 et 1 % en masse de l'ensemble de cuivre, de fer, de manganèse et de cobalt en tant que minéraux, et (C) au moins 0,1 % en masse d'un dérivé de vitamine C, à partir du composé (A).
