Methods for the selection of deoxyribozymes that are active at selected pH ranges are provided. The method comprises detection of a ribonucleotide cleavage event. The detection of catalysis is coupled to the generation of a fluorescent signal. Novel deoxyribozymes which are capable of performing catalysis at pH3, pH4, pH5, pH6 and pH7 were isolated using the methods of the present invention.
L'invention concerne des méthodes de sélection de désoxyribozymes actifs à des pH sélectionnés. Une méthode consiste à détecter un évènement de clivage de ribonucléotide. La détection de la catalyse est associée à la génération d'un signal fluorescent. De nouveaux désoxyribozymes pouvant exécuter une catalyse à pH3, pH4, pH5, pH6 et pH7 ont été isolés à l'aide des méthodes de la présente invention.
