PHAGE RESISTANT ICE NUCLEATING PSEUDOMONAS SYRINGAE Abstract There are disclosed mutant Pseudomonas syringae strains that are resistant to bacteriophage lytic infection. The microorganisms retain the ice nucleating properties of the parent microorganism. The microorganism is therefore useful in the making of snow, ice islands and in other processes for the making of ice.
