The present invention relates to a combination comprising as components (a) the compound 3-(3-Dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl)-phenol, and (b) Paracetamol or a derivative thereof, a pharmaceutical formulation and a dosage form comprising said combination as well as a method of treating pain, e.g. chronic or acute pain, characterized in that components (a) and (b) are administered simultaneously or sequentially to a mammal, wherein component (a) may be administered before or after component (b) and wherein components (a) or (b) are administered to the mammal either via the same or a different pathway of administration.
La présente invention concerne une combinaison comprenant, au titre de composants, (a) le composé 3-(3-diméthylamino-1-éthyl-2-méthyl-propyl)-phénol, et (b) le paracétamol ou l'un de ses dérivés, une formule pharmaceutique et une forme galénique comprenant ladite combinaison ainsi qu'une méthode de traitement de la douleur, par exemple de la douleur chronique ou aiguë, caractérisée en ce que les composants (a) et (b) sont administrés simultanément ou séquentiellement à un mammifère, le composant (a) pouvant être administré avant ou après le composant (b), et les composants (a) ou (b) étant administrés au mammifère par la même voie d'administration ou par une voie différente.
