The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a compound represented by the formula: (see formula I) wherein R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, a heterocyclic group, a group represented by the formula: -OR1 (wherein R1 is H or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group) or a group represented by the formula -N(R1b)(R1c) (wherein R1b is H or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group and R1c is H or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group), R0 is H or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, or R and R0 in combination represent a bond, ring A1 is a cycloalkene optionally substituted by 1 to 4 substituents selected from (1) an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, (2) an aromatic hydrocarbon group, (3) a group represented by the formula: -OR1 (wherein R1 is as defined above) and (4) a halogen atom, Ar is an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having substituents, a group represented by the formula: (see formula II) represents a group represented by the formula: (see formula III) or (see formula IV), and n is an integer of 1 to 4, a salt thereof or a prodrug thereof, and a nonionic surfactant and/or a cyclodextrin derivative readily soluble in water, and a method for improving solubility, stability or coloring property of the compound, a salt thereof or a prodrug thereof.

La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique qui renferme un composé de formule (I), un sel ou un précurseur de médicament de ce dernier ainsi qu'un tensioactif non ionique et/ou un dérivé de cyclodextrine se dissolvant rapidement dans l'eau; ainsi qu'un procédé d'amélioration du composé, du sel ou du précurseur de médicament du point de vue de sa solubilité, de sa stabilité ou de sa colorabilité. Dans la formule, R représente un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique, un groupe hydrocarbure aromatique, un groupe hétérocyclique, -OR<1> (dans lequel R<1> représente H ou un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique), ou N(R<1b>) (R<1c>) (dans lequel R<1b >représente H ou un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique et R<1c> représente H ou un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique); R<0> représente H ou un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique ou bien R et R<0> peuvent être réunis pour former une valence libre; A<1> représente un cycloalcène qui peut être monosubstitué, bisubstitué, trisubstitué ou tétrasubstitué par un ou plusieurs éléments sélectionnés parmi (1) les groupes hydrocarbures aliphatiques, (2) les groupes hydrocarbures aromatiques, (3) les groupes OR<1> et (4) les atomes d'halogène; Ar représente un groupe hydrocarbure aromatique éventuellement substitué; le groupe représenté par la formule (II) qui est un groupe représenté par la formule (III) ou (IV); et n représente un entier compris entre 1 et 4.
