A medicinal composition which comprises either 7-[2-(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)-1- oxoethyl]-4-methoxyspiro[1,3-benzodioxol-2,1'-cyclopentane] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and a steroid agent; and a therapeutic and/or preventive agent for lung diseases which comprises either 7- [2-(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)-1-oxoethyl]-4-methoxyspiro[1,3-benzodioxol-2,1'- cyclopentane] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and a steroid agent and is used in such a manner that the two components are administered either simultaneously or separately at an interval.

La présente invention concerne une composition thérapeutique qui renferme soit du 7-[2-(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)-1-oxoéthyl]-4-méthoxyspiro[1,3-benzodioxol-2,1'-cyclopentane] soit un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier et un agent stéroïde; ainsi qu'un agent thérapeutique et/ou prophylactique pour les maladies pulmonaires qui renferme soit du 7-[2-(3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl)-1-oxoéthyl]-4-méthoxyspiro[1,3-benzodioxol-2,1'-cyclopentane] soit un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier et un agent stéroïde. La forme d'utilisation est telle que les deux constituants sont administrés soit simultanément soit séparément avec un certain intervalle de temps entre les deux.
