The invention provides a pharmaceutical product, kit or composition comprising a first active ingredient which is N-Cyclohexyl-.LAMBDA./3-[2-(3-fluorophenyl)ethyl]-.LAMBDA./-(2-{[2-(4-hydroxy- 2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1,3-benzothiazol-7-yl)ethyl]amino} ethyl)-(.beta.-alaninamide or a salt thereof, and a second active ingredient selected from: a non-steroidal Glucocorticoid Receptor (GR Receptor) Agonist; an antioxidant; a CCRI antagonist; a chemokine antagonist (not CCR1); a corticosteroid; a CRTh2 antagonist; a DPI antagonist; an Histone Deacetylase Inducer; an IKK2 inhibitor; a COX inhibitor; a lipoxygenase inhibitor; a leukotriene receptor antagonist; an MPO inhibitor; a muscarinic antagonist; a p38 inhibitor; a PDE inhibitor; a PPAR.gamma. agonist; a protease inhibitor; a Statin; a thromboxane antagonist; a vasodilator; or, an ENAC blocker (Epithelial Sodium-channel blocker); and its use in the treatment of respiratory disease (for example chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or asthma); to certain salts of A/-Cyclohexyl-N3-[2-(3-fluorophenyl)ethyl]-N-(2-{[2-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-2,3- dihydro-1,3-benzothiazol-7-yl)ethyl]amino}ethyl)-(.beta.- alaninamide and to an intermediate useful in the manufacture of this pharmaceutically active substance and salts thereof.
L'invention porte sur un produit pharmaceutique, sur un coffret ou sur une composition comprenant un premier ingrédient actif qui est le N-cyclohexyl-N3-[2-(3-fluorophényl)éthyl]-N-(2-{[2-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1,3-benzothiazol-7-yl)éthyl]amino}éthyl)-ß-alaninamide ou un sel de celui-ci, et un second ingrédient actif choisi parmi : un agoniste des récepteurs glucocorticoïdes non stéroïdiens (récepteurs GR) ; un antioxydant ; un antagoniste de CCR1 ; un antagoniste de la chimiokine (non CCR1) ; un corticostéroïde ; un antagoniste de CRTh2 ; un antagoniste de DPI ; un inducteur de l'histone désacétylase ; un inhibiteur de IKK2 ; un inhibiteur de COX ; un inhibiteur de la lipoxygénase ; un antagoniste des récepteurs des leucotriènes ; un inhibiteur de MPO ; un antagoniste muscarinique ; un inhibiteur de p38 ; un inhibiteur de PDE ; un agoniste de PPAR? ; un inhibiteur de la protéase ; une statine ; un antagoniste du thromboxane ; un vasodilatateur ; ou un bloqueur de ENAC (bloqueur des canaux sodiques épithéliaux) ; et sur son utilisation dans le traitement d'une maladie respiratoire (par exemple une maladie pulmonaire obstructive chronique (COPD) ou l'asthme) ; sur certains sels du N-cyclohexyl-N3-[2-(3-fluorophényl)éthyl]-N-(2-{[2-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1,3-benzothiazol-7-yl)éthyl]amino}éthyl)-ß-alaninamide et sur un intermédiaire utile dans la fabrication de cette substance pharmaceutiquement active et des sels de celle-ci.
