Disclosed is a method for stabilizing a pharmaceutically active bi-cyclic compound of formula (I), comprising the step of : admixing the same with a polyol and/or a fatty acid ester other than glyceride and a composition obtained by the method. In addition a soft gelatin capsule formulation of the compound of formula (I) obtained by incorporating the compound in a soft gelatin capsule shell comprising gelatin and a polyol plasticizer.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour stabiliser un composé bicyclique pharmaceutiquement actif représenté par la formule (I), ce procédé consistant à mélanger ledit composé avec un polyol et/ou un ester d'acide gras autre qu'un glycéride, ainsi qu'une composition obtenue par ce procédé. L'invention concerne également une formulation de capsule molle à base du composé de formule (I) obtenu par incorporation dudit composé dans une enveloppe de capsule molle comprenant de la gélatine et un plastifiant sous forme de polyol.
