The present invention concerns immunology and in particular the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions which contain a humanized monoclonal antibody which recognizes the leukocyte differentiation antigen CD6. In accordance with the disclosure, the aim of this invention is to provide pharmaceutical compositions containing an anti-CD6 humanized monoclonal antibody for the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases in particular rheumatoid arthritis.

L'objet de l'invention est de fournir des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant un anticorps monoclonal humanisé anti-CD6 pour le diagnostic et le traitement de maladies auto-immunes, en particulier l'arthrite rhumatoïde.
