The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical compositions for use in immunisation against HIV-related infections, and concerns a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least a HIV antigen and DCchol. Such a composition has proved to be particularly interesting for inducing through the mucous system IgG and IgA specific to the administered antigen. The inventive pharmaceutical composition, in a particular advantageous manner, can be in the form of liposome suspension, or emulsion.

La présente invention est relative au domaine des compositions pharmaceutiques utilisable pour l'immunisation contre les infections liées au VIH, et concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant au moins un antigène du VIH et du DCchol. Une telle composition s'est avérée particulièrement intéressante pour l'induction dans le système muqueux, d'IgG et d'IgA spécifiques de l'antigène administré. De façon particulièrement avantageuse, la composition pharmaceutique selon l'invention peut se présenter sous forme des suspension liposomale, ou encore d'émulsion.
