Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, which contains 3-hydroxy-N1-(4-methoxyben-zoyl) -N2-[4-(4-methyl-1,4-diazepin-1-yl)benzoyl]-1,2-phenylenediamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a hy-droxypropylcellulose having a viscosity in a 2% aqueous solution at 20°C of not less than about 6 mPa.cndot.S but less than about 150 mPa.cndot.S or a viscosity in a 5% aqueous solution at 25°C of not less than 75 mPa.cndot.S but not more than 400 mPa.cndot.S. Also disclosed is a method for producing the pharmaceutical composition for oral administration.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour une administration orale, qui contient de la 3-hydroxy-N1-(4- méthoxybenzoyl)-N2-[4-(4-méthyl-1,4-diazépin-1-yl)benzoyl]-1,2- phénylènediamine ou lun de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables et une hydroxypropylcellulose présentant une viscosité dans une solution aqueuse à 2 % à 20° C non inférieure à environ 6 mPa·S mais inférieure à environ 150 mPa·S ou une viscosité dans une solution aqueuse à 5 % à 25° C non inférieure à 75 mPa·S mais pas supérieure à 400 mPa·S. Linvention a également pour objet une méthode de production de la composition pharmaceutique pour une administration orale.
