A pharmaceutical composition for the prophylaxis and therapy of a disease arising from ocular fundus tissue cytopathy such as retinochoroidal disease, glaucoma, and posterior complication arising form photocoagulation, which contains, as an active ingredient, a compound of formula (I) wherein R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms which is optionally substituted; R2 and R3 may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or R2 and R3 may jointly form a ring having 3 to 7 carbon atoms; and R4 represents a lower alkyl group which is optionally substituted by aryl, cycloalkyl, or aromatic heterocyclic residue, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

Composition pharmaceutique pour la prophylaxie et la thérapie d'une maladie associée à des modifications cytopathiques des tissus du fond de l'oeil telle que la maladie de la rétine et de la choroïde, le glaucome ou des complications postérieures découlant de la photocoagulation. Ladite composition contient, en tant qu'ingrédient actif, un composé de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R?1¿ représente un groupe alkyle ayant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone ou un groupe aryle ayant 6 à 10 atomes de carbone qui est éventuellement substitué, R?2¿ et R?3¿ peuvent être identiques ou différents, chacun représentant hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle ayant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, ou R?2¿ et R?3¿ peuvent former conjointement un noyau ayant 3 à 7 atomes de carbone, et R?4¿ représente un groupe alkyle inférieur qui est éventuellement substitué par aryle, cycloalkyle ou un reste hétérocyclique aromatique, ou un sel acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique dudit composé.
