The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a combination of 1-benzyl-3-hydroxymethyl-indazole derivative, a pressure lowering agent selected from ACE-inhibitors, renin inhibitors, ARBs and CCBs, and/or a cholesterol lowering agent selected from statin derivatives. The combination showed an additive and synergistic activity in reducing MCP-1 levels, thus significantly improving inflammatory response inhibition and consequently reducing complications occurring in patients suffering from inflammatory diseases.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une combinaison de dérivé 1-benzyl-3-hydroxyméthyl-indazole, un agent hypotenseur choisi parmi des inhibiteurs d'ACE, des inhibiteurs de rénine, des ARB et CCB et/ou un agent hypocholestérolémiant choisi parmi les dérivés de statine. La combinaison a montré une activité additive et synergique dans la réduction des taux de MCP-1, améliorant ainsi significativement l'inhibition de la réponse inflammatoire et réduisant par conséquent les complications survenant dans des patients souffrant de maladies inflammatoires.
