A pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing a papillomavirus infection or tumour, including, as the therapeutical agents, a polypeptide from an early region and a polypeptide from a late region of a papillomavirus, optionally combined with a polypeptide having immunostimulatory activity or a polypeptide from an early or late region of a papillomavirus and a polypeptide having immunostimulatory activity, or alternatively, a recombinant vector containing inserted DNA fragments coding for the above-mentioned polypeptide combinations.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée au traitement ou à la prévention d'une infection ou tumeur à papillomavirus qui comprend à titre d'agents thérapeutiques un polypeptide originaire d'une région précoce et un polypeptide originaire d'une région tardive d'un papillomavirus éventuellement associés à un polypeptide ayant une activité immunostimulatrice ou un polypeptide originaire d'une région précoce ou tardive d'un papillomavirus et un polypeptide ayant une activité immunostimulatrice ou, de manière alternative, un vecteur recombinant dans lequel sont insérés les fragments d'ADN codant pour les combinaisons de polypeptides citées ci-dessus.
