A pharmaceutical composition for treating peripheral circulation disorder comprising an emulsion containing an isocarbacyclin represented by general formula (1) in an amount of 0.2-1,000 µg per milliliter of the composition, a vegetable oil in an amount of 0.05-0.5 g per milliliter of the composition, a phospholipid in an amount of 0.01-0.5 g per gram of the vegetable oil, and water. In formula (1) R1 represents hydrogen or alkyl; and R2 represents alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl, each of which may be substituted.

L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique utilisée pour traiter des troubles du système circulatoire périphérique, comprenant une émulsion contenant une isocarbacycline représentée par la formule générale (1), en une quantité de 0,2-1000 µg par millilitre de composition, une huile végétale en une quantité de 0,05-0,5 g par millilitre de composition, un phospholipide en une quantité de 0,01-0,5 g par gramme d'huile végétale, et de l'eau.
