An orally deliverable pharmaceutical composition is provided comprising a drug of low water solubility, a solvent liquid that comprises at least one pharmaceutically acceptable solvent, and a turbidity-decreasing polymer, wherein (a) a substantial portion, for example at least about 15 % by weight, of the drug is in dissolved or solubilized form in the solvent liquid, and (b) the polymer is present in an amount sufficient to substantially inhibit crystallization and/or precipitation of the drug in simulated gastric fluid.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique administrable par voie orale qui renferme un médicament à faible solubilité dans l'eau, un liquide diluant qui comprend au moins un diluant pharmaceutiquement acceptable et un polymère réduisant la turbidité. Cette composition est telle que, (a) une partie substantielle, par exemple au moins environ 15 % en poids, du médicament est présent dans le liquide diluant, sous une forme dissoute ou solubilisée, et (b) le polymère est présent suivant une quantité suffisante pour inhiber sensiblement la cristallisation et/ou la précipitation du médicament dans du liquide gastrique simulé.
